Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

By Us: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these Terms or if required by law.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data retention follows our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
